TriLite’s technological approach towards AR glasses is based around two core principles which are necessary to enable small, sleek and light AR glasses. TriLite developed an RGB laser light module whose beams are not combined via microoptics at all. In fact, this innovative approach uses a single microlens and MEMS mirror, allowing for significant cost advantages because it uses the minimum amount of optical components which in turn allows for a simplified alignment process.
