Ein big thank you to Magdalena Hauser!

Magdalena has significantly shaped the I.E.C.T. – Hermann Hauser and thanks to her it became a unique institution. Through her commitment, the I.E.C.T. has gained regional, national and above all international recognition.

An essential function of the I.E.C.T. has always been to support the development of the start-up ecosystem in Tyrol and Austria. Magdalena ever since the first Summer School in 2015 strongly supported the development and consolidation of network contacts within academia and business. Especially the cooperation with Werkstätte Wattens, Standortagentur Tirol and the key players at STARTUP.TIROL have been important to her.

Overall in her role at I.E.C.T. together with her team and ecosystem-partners she has succeeded to actively shape and develop Tyrol to a start-up incubator. This has also been recognized internationally. As a result, the Summerschool on Entrepreneurship attracted participants from over 50 nations.

The numerous awards she has received for her commitment are worth mentioning too. The entire I.E.C.T. team is delighted that Magdalena is taking on a new exciting challenge in her career and will be working within a a key position at a brilliant Tyrolean spin-off company.
