LBG Innovator's Road
The Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft and the I.E.C.T. welcomed the participating start-ups to the second module of the LBG Innovator’s Road in early January. The topics covered the financial and legal sector, personal health and the establishment of an appropriate corporate culture.
Shailendra Vyakarnam was connected as an expert via video conference to introduce the participants to the areas of Finance Vector Theory, IP Vector Theory and Talent, Leadership & Culture.
Afterwards Philipp Kinsky and Sonja Hebenstreit talked about IP & Spin-Outs, which is especially relevant for start-ups. The subsequent discussion enabled the start-ups to ask the experts questions that apply to their companies.
The workshop of tax consultant Karl-Josef Rosam on Biz Case Modelling gave the participants the opportunity to gain an insight into the accounting sector. Materials were provided in advance, which were presented by the expert and linked to the preceding theoretical input by means of practical examples.
The two-day module was rounded off with a presentation by Werner Wutscher and Klara Brandstätter on Team & Leadership. The aim of this lecture was to sensitize start-ups in the field of personal health. Werner Wutscher shared a lots of practical examples he gained as a CEO and consulting coach for many years and emphasized the importance of a good work-life-balance. Another special feature of the program was the embedding of Leadership & Culture, which introduced participants to the concept of corporate culture.
The combination of theory and practice, lectures by external experts and the involvement of the respective personalities is a special feature of the programme. The Ludwig Boltzmann Gesesllschaft, I.E.C.T. – Hermann Hauser and New Venture Scouting as well as the guest lecturers thus promote the development of the founders on several levels.

10 start-ups, 3 partners, 1 program: As part of the first event block of the LBG Innovator’s Road Fellowship Programme, the ten start-ups were trained over two days in the areas of product design, market environment, technology development and customer acquisition.
