The LBG Career Center serves as the first point of contact for all questions regarding career development in and outside of academia on the part of researchers (as well as on the part of institute directors as their managers). The tasks of the LBG Career Center include confidential counselling, support, individual and institutional measures, quality assurance and networking with the relevant community in science, business & co. The LBG Career Center is currently funded by the National Foundation for Research, Technology and Development in a second project phase until 2022 and is located in the LBG office.
